This past year the winning PSA was selected to broadcast during Red Ribbon Week in October 2015. The contest, which is sponsored by the Pledge for Life Partnership, the I-KAN Regional Office of Education and Milner Broadcasting, is open to all 7th and 8th grade students in Kankakee and Iroquois counties who participate in the LEC’s junior high school underage drinking prevention program.
